A former farm worker, François Merlin has been running his own farm since 1989. The latter is located not far from the mythical Château Grillet and evolves over 10 hectares with soils of gneiss, sand and granite. Since joined by his son Laurent, the family produces magnificent wines from the finest appellations of the northern Rhône Valley: Côte Rôtie, Condrieu and Saint-Joseph.
