The aromatic palette of this exquisite cuvée from Domaine Merlin is centered on beautiful concentrated black fruits, notes of pepper, humus, all distilled with a beautiful freshness. A very pure Syrah with beautiful fine tannins creating a gastronomic wine that can be enjoyed now or kept for many years in the cellar!

The estate: Located in Saint-Michel-sur-Rhône, not far from the legendary Château Grillet, the estate was created in 1989 by François Merlin, a former agricultural worker. Atoday accompanied by his son Laurent, the estate is now HVE certified and composed of 10 hectares growing on varied terroirs granite, sand and gneiss. The Merlins produce wines of great elegance in the AOC Côte Rôtie, Condrieu and Saint Joseph. Delicious vintages to absolutely discover!
