The vineyard of the Gaucher family is located in Aube, to the south of Champagne, at east of Troyes and within the Côte des Bar. Mainly composed of Pinot Noir, the estate's grape varieties also offer a small part of Chardonnay and are located in the communes of Urville, Ailleville and Arconville. Guillaume Gaucher is today the main craftsman of this beautiful family house and takes care of the management of the vines as well as the winemaking. The beautiful hilly landscapes of the region inspire him and in particular make him create our excellent Cuvée Magelie, a festive champagne par excellence where quality does not take second place!
