The wine: Symphonie is a rosé of great elegance which lives up to its name perfectly. Here is indeed a vintage offering a lot of finesse in tasting: suave aromas of citrus and peach  here elegant floral notes as well as very fine red fruits to constitute an aromatic of remarkable purity. Its beautiful body as well as a slight salty appearance will make you succumb to its charms. A very big favorite!

The estate: The family Fayard bought the Château Sainte-Marguerite on impulse in 1977: the quality of the plant material, the Mediterranean climate as well as the soils essentially composed of weathered clay and schist were a real favorite for Jean-Pierre Fayard and his wife. At the time of only 11 hectares, this superb Provençal estate is today made up of a heritage of 75 hectares of vines. The Cru Classé de Provence has since come a long way and has great ambitions. The finalization in March 2020 of a superb brand new winery is proof of this. Certified Organic and Vegan, the property offers a magnificent high-level range that honors Provence: rosés but also reds and whites live up to the ambitions set by the family.
