The wine: Planted in 1953 and 1955, the old vines of the plot managed by Frédéric Magnien makes it possible to produce a Grand Cru of superb concentration and impressive richness. The estate: Frédéric represents the 5th generation of the Magnien family. Starting his studies in 1987 on his father's estate (Michel Magnien), he then embarked for California and then Australia to perfect his knowledge and continue his learning. In 1996, the turning point was: he created his own company and became a wine merchant. Since then, he and his team have taken care of carefully chosen plots within multiple Burgundy AOCs, the vast majority of which have been certified organic since 2008. His work is today recognized by tasters and praised by the specialist press.
