The wine: "À flot" (Afloat) from Domaine de la Navicelle is a rosé of pure pleasure very faithful to the spirit of Côtes-de-Provence! Its pure and digestible fruit evolves into juicy and delicious notes of strawberry and citrus underlined by a pretty mineral framework saline bringing a beautiful liveliness in the mouth. The estate: Located in the commune of Pradet on the edge of the Provencal coast, the domaine de la Navicelle has 21 hectares certified organic since 2014. The soils here are mainly clay-limestone but also composed of sandstone and shale. Alice & Romain have been at the head of the property since 2019 and produce very pretty vintages in all colors, although rosés represent the majority of production. A quality farm honoring Provence!
