The wine: Vinified by Alain Coudert, also owner of Clos de la Roilette in the AOC Fleurie, this cuvée constitutes a very beautiful representation of the Brouilly appellation. Expressing finesse and character, this pretty bottle in fact evolves on red fruits fine and digestible (raspberry, strawberry, cherry), some spices (pepper in particular) and also offers a touch of undergrowth giving a beautiful aromatic relief. The balanced freshness of this bottle will ideally accompany you as an aperitif or with white meat. A fruity treat with temperament!

The estate: Winegrower since 1967, the Coudert family is today at the head of a 14-hectare vineyard including Alain has been in charge since 1984. Most of the production of Clos de la Roilette is made in AOC Fleurie even if a few hectares also allow the siblings to produce in the Brouilly appellation .
