The wine: With only 4000 bottles each vintage, this Fantastic vintage from Château Sainte-Marguerite represents the elite of Provençal white wines. Aged for 12 months in new barrels, this 100% Vermentino (or Rolle) combines aromatic richness and finesse. Its magnificent setting is perfectly representative of all its elegance, embodied during tasting by delicious and gourmet aromas of butter, vanilla as well a rich body. The whole is of great purity and ends with a grandiose length. A great wine that will leave you with an unforgettable memory!

The estate: The family Fayard bought the Château Sainte-Marguerite on impulse in 1977: the quality of the plant material, the Mediterranean climate as well as the soils essentially composed of weathered clay and schist were a real favorite for Jean-Pierre Fayard and his wife. At the time of only 11 hectares, this superb Provençal estate is today made up of a heritage of 75 hectares of vines. This Cru Classé de Provence has since come a long way and has great ambitions. The finalization in March 2020 of a superb brand new winery is proof of this. Certified Organic and Vegan, the property offers a magnificent high-level range that honors Provence: rosés but also reds and whites live up to the ambitions set by the family.
