The wine: Discover this delicious Alsatian Pinot noir from the Mittnacht family! Fresh, easy-drinking and light, here is a red wine finely structured and presenting a beautiful elegance on the palate. Expressive notes of cherry, strawberry and raspberry can be detected here on the palate, underlined by a lovely character as well as very fine tannins. The estate: Located in the village of Hunawihr, between Ribeauvillé and Riquewihr, the Mittnacht brothers estate extends over 11 hectares cultivated with passion by Marc, his wife Paule as well as their son André who joined them on the farm since 2021. The vines are here cultivated biodynamically since 1999 in order to produce local wines faithful to their environment. The magnificent work in winemaking carried out by the siblings only highlights, year after year, high quality plant material and constant attention to the vines. Purity, elegance and oily notes are the common markers of Rieslings while excellent Gewurztraminer, Sylvaner and Pinot Noir are also grown. Go for it, you won't be disappointed!
