This beautiful bottle indeed constitutes an ideal link between roundness and minerality. Here, beautiful aromas of citrus, peach, pear, and mirabelle blend with indulgent yet subtle notes of butter and vanilla from the aging process, one-third of which is done in oak barrels.An excellent chardonnay gourmet and fruity from the Cheveau estate!

The estate : Located in the heart of the Pouilly-Fuissé appellation, the Cheveau estate spans 20 hectares (15 of Chardonnay and 5 of Gamay) spread between Davayé and Saint-Amour.Nicolas, Julien, and Aurélie manage their vineyards with great care, allowing for a precise expression of the terroirs in each of their cuvées. The harvest is manual, and each plot is vinified separately in demi-muids, foudres, or stainless steel tanks. Additives are minimized to ensure that each bottle is the truest expression of its origin. A great estate offering excellent wines of consistent quality!
