The brand: The Distillery "C'est Nous" was created in 2016 by Julie, a French sommelier and David, an Englishman who loves spirits. Based in Caen, this artisanal house practices slow distillations in traditional copper stills. Their aromatics are selected only for their taste qualities and as locally as possible. The quality of their various spirits is very high and numerous medals have been awarded to them during international competitions.
