The house : The Distillerie C'est Nous was created in 2016 by Julie, a French sommelier, and David, an English spirits lover. Based  in Caen,  This artisanal house practices slow distillations in traditional copper stills and uses aromatics specially selected for their taste qualities and as locally as possible. The quality of the different spirits offered (Gin, Vodka, Limoncello, Coffee liqueur) by this shock team is very high and many medals have been awarded to the distillery, proving the enormous work accomplished.
