This Blanc des Millénaires 2006, carefully aged for 11 years in the cellar, is quite simply one of the greatest champagnes there is. Originating from 5 meticulously selected crus of the Côte des Blancs by the Heidsieck house, the nose opens with ample and generous notes of butter and cream. The bubble caresses the palate and gives way to a structured mouthfeel.An interminable length becomes apparent on a chalky, mineral, and saline side, inducing a salivation that leaves the taster with only one desire: to return to it.A Great Wine that you will never forget once tasted!

The estate : The house Charles Heidsieck was founded in 1851 following Charles-Camille's departure from the family business (Piper-Heidsieck) to create his own structure.Driven by quality, he will notably be one of the great pioneers in the American market and will brilliantly develop great sparkling wines of character. The property remained in the family until the 1960s before coming under the Cointreau group in the 1980s. Since 2010, the house has experienced a sublime revival thanks to the Descours family and has probably never been better.
