The Grand CruMazis-Chambertin is located in the commune of Gevrey-Chambertin and covers just under 9 hectares, divided into two parts: Mazis-Haut and Mazis-Bas. The terroir here consists of stony scree and limestone subsoils , allowing the Pinot Noir to express its best qualities. The wines produced display an impressive power and a magnificent texture. Clearly, the cuvées from this Grand Cru deserve to be patiently aged and refined in the bottle to reveal their full splendor.
