The history of the Lamé Delisle Boucard estate in the AOC Bourgueil dates back to 1869, when it was founded by Pierre Guyot. However, it was only a few years later, thanks to Jules Lamé, that the wine-growing activity developed. Today, it is Philippe and Stéphanie, the fifth generation, who manage the 43 hectares of the property in conversion to organic farming. The Déchainée cuvée, offered here by La Cave Éclairée, is a model of a smooth, pleasure-oriented wine made from the Cabernet Franc grape variety.
