The history of the Lamé Delisle Boucard estate in the Bourgueil AOC dates back to 1869, when it was founded by Pierre Guyot. However, it was only a few years later, thanks to Jules Lamé, that the winegrowing activity truly developed. Today, it is Philippe and Stéphanie, the fifth generation, who manage the 43 hectares of the estate currently converting to organic farming. The Déchainée cuvée, offered here by La Cave Éclairée, is a delightful, easy-drinking wine focused on pure enjoyment, made from the Cabernet Franc grape variety.
