Mathieu and Benoît Fleuriet have successfully taken over from their charismatic father Bernard and are now at the helm of this superb estate in the Sancerrois region. Producing high-level red and white wines on the AOC Sancerre and Menetou-Salon, they cultivate  30 hectares certified organic since 2016 and Demeter (biodynamic) since 2021. The Fleuriet family produces superb cuvées with a unique identity, capturing the very essence of the Sauvignon and Pinot noir grape varieties.
