Since 2002, Reinhard Brundig has been at the head of the domaine de Courbissac. He joined up in 2013 with Brunnhilde Claux who now takes care of the winemaking part and has radically changed the profile of the wines, turning towards a search for freshness and elegance to better enhance the beautiful terroirs of the Minervois appellation. The 17 hectares are cultivated in organic farming and are surrounded by scrubland. Grenache, Syrah and Mourvèdre are the main players here in this beautiful vineyard in full progress year after year!
