The spirit : This Tequila from the house Don Fulano perfectly expresses the perfect balancing act that a Tequila Reposado must present. We indeed find in this pretty bottle the flavors of the "classic" blanco Tequila from the range, namely fruity notes (citrus, orange peel), a touch of pepper as well as a vegetable and earthy touch expressing the terroir. However, the difference here lies in the 10 months that this spirit spent in French oak barrels. Thus, a fine and delicious woodiness can be perceived in the background, communicating to the whole a beautiful substance in the mouth evoking cocoa. In cocktails or pure, this Tequila Reposado will still impress you when tasting!

The brand: Don Fulano  is a family business owned by Sergio and Enrique Fonseca, agave growers and distillers for over 140 years now. The latter represent the 4th and 5th family generations and are currently at the head of the distillery La Tequileña, established since the end of the 19th century in the very town of Tequila. They are also the master distillers and deploy all their expertise so that the tequilas produced are as natural and qualitative as possible. Thus, no additives are used and the family makes a point of taking the necessary time to create ultra-quality spirits. The brand Don Fulano is the perfect reflection of this philosophy focused on the terroir. Note that the range of tequilas Cimarron also belongs to the Fonseca family and is made within the same distillery.
