The domaine Michelot consists of 19 hectares, mostly located in  the Meursault AOC, and offers a very lovely range of terroirs  within it. Odile Michelot and Jean-François Mestre work today alongside their son Nicolas Mestre and Chantal Michelot to produce wines where elegance is key: here, you won't find excessively heavy and buttery profiles of some Meursaults, but rather beautiful balances between roundness, indulgence, minerality, and aromatic richness that make tasters eager to open the next bottle. This is a great address to keep in mind!
