Chopin is a family-owned Polish distillery producing vodkas made from potatoes and rye of very high quality. The second generation of the Dorda siblings is currently at work and has been focusing on small-batch production of this spirit for over 30 years. The distillery is one of the few in the world to produce its own base alcohol from hand-harvested ingredients, unlike many competitors who purchase neutral alcohol directly from specialized companies. All spirits are distilled 4 times in a column still and then diluted with very pure well water filtered 5 times.
