The AOC Hautes-Côtes de Beaune is perhaps the great terroir of tomorrow due to the altitude of its vineyard (between 250m and 400m), making it possible to preserve the freshness of the pinot noir and chardonnay planted here. Spread over more than 830 hectares (80% pinot noir) and growing on clay-limestone soils with a strong presence of marl, the appellation produces red winesfull of freshness and expressing a beautiful fruity elegant while ses whites have a nice acidity giving a lot of relief to their aroma.
