Purchase wines Domaine Perdrix-Lasouche

What a nice surprise when Frédéric, owner with his wife Cécile of the Perdrix-Lasouche estate , contacted me to have me taste his range of wines! All the cuvées presented were of an excellent standard and it was difficult to make a choice. The couple does indeed a magnificent job by working on small yields and pampering their 6.5 hectares in conversion to organic farming on the small AOC Duchy of Uzès and the IGP Cévennes . Their varied terroirs (limestone, clay, marl) , bring minerality and structure to their wines, all endowed with a very beautiful elegance and a great aromatic delicacy . A nugget halfway between the extreme south of the Rhône Valley and Languedoc-Roussillon !
