Established since 1732 in the commune of Romanèche-Thorins, the Château du Moulin-à-Vent is one of the most beautiful properties of the eponymous appellation of Beaujolais. Since 2009, it has been the Parinet family, accompanied by the cellar master and oenologist Brice Laffond, who oversee the 30 hectares of the property.
