The spirit : Coming from the highly recognized  small Martinique distillery Neisson, the Profil 105 is a captivating amber rum. Aged in new oak barrels treated with a single type of toast (n°105), it is a spirit warm carrying us on notes of sugar cane, citrus  and spices accompanied by a fine woody. Aromas of roasting and almond complete the panorama, giving an excellent balance to the whole. A beautiful, very fragrant spirit perfectly embodying the balance between young and old!

The house : Smallest distillery in Martinique, Neisson resembles a convoluted kaleidoscope of green and pink houses that seem to have wanted to imitate the lush vegetation around them. Since  1932, three generations have succeeded one another, preserving a know-how from the greatest Martinique tradition. Grégory Vernant-Neisson, a young forty-year-old at the head of the distillery, explains about his rum which benefits from  AOC Rhum Agricole Martinique  : "The first thing to know about Martinique rum is that it is made directly from sugar cane juice, and not from molasses." Behind the philosophy  Neisson, particular attention is paid to the terroir value. Because the  Martinique, with its climate and volcanic soil (particularly in the north of the island where the distillery is located), stamps the aromatic palette of Neisson rums with particular flavors that are recognized throughout the world.
