Its holdings cover several major terroirs of the Côte de Nuits, from Chambolle-Musigny and Morey-Saint-Denis to the Grands Crus Clos de la Roche, Clos Saint-Denis, Charmes-Chambertin, and Bonnes-Mares. Harvested by hand and carefully sorted, the grapes may be vinified with a moderate proportion of whole clusters depending on the vintage. The wines are then aged judiciously in oak and bottled at the estate without filtration.
